Joanna graduated from the Painting Faculty at the Fine Arts Academy in Gdańsk. Since 2003, she has collaborated with Jerzy Skakun as Homework, creating posters, print graphics, and visual identities for cultural events. Their awards include gold and silver medals at Mexico's Poster Biennial, silver at Chicago's International Poster Biennial, and recognition at Kharkiv and Warsaw poster competitions.
