Hajime has been a representative at Tsushima Design since 1995, working as both an art director and a graphic designer. He also serves as an associate professor at Osaka University of Arts, where he teaches graphic design.

His major accolades include the Grand Prix at the China International Poster Biennale, a Gold Prize at the ONE SHOW, the Graphis Annual Platinum Gold Award, the HKDA Global Design Awards Gold Prize, the Design for Asia Awards Gold Prize, and the A’ Design Award Gold Prize. In addition, he has received numerous awards in international poster design competitions. His primary work focuses on corporate CI and VI, as well as branding.
