Cristina Gabriele is an experienced Communications Designer with a demonstrated history of working in the design industry. Operating a multidisciplinary design consultancy of her namesake, Cg Studio, Cristina practices as a design strategist, professor, copywriter, artist, and researcher. Engaged in designing for social impact, Cristina leverages and facilitates narrative building as a tool to transform and construct more equitable environments and sustainable futures. Cristina has, and continues to work in visual communication, art direction, identity systems, brand collateral, copywriting, strategy, positioning, and product design for Pratt Institute, Oscar de la Renta, Harper's Bazaar, L'Officiel Germany, CR Fashion Book, Frog Design, Invista and was a founding member of the Manufacture New York Pilot Program. Cristina is currently teaching Undergraduate Communications Design and Fine Arts, Design and Art History courses at Pratt Institute and Hofstra University as both a Visiting Assistant and Adjunct Professor, previously having taught at Queens College.
